FPO Shines at the 20th Open at Tallahassee: Course Records, 1000-Rated Rounds, and a Thrilling Finish

March 4, 2025

The 20th Open at Tallahassee set the tone for 2025, with Grady Shue (-25) winning MPO and Jordan Lynds (-20) taking FPO after a bogey-free, course-record -9 in the final round. Rebecca Cox (-10, R2) shot the first 1000-rated FPO round of the year, followed by Lynds in round 3. With record-breaking performances and fierce competition, this A-Tier at Tom Brown Park was unforgettable. Huge thanks to TD Patrick Harrity and the crew for an incredible event.

February 24, 2025

A playoff victory, lightning delays, and fierce competition—the 2024 Lake County Trailblazer delivered an unforgettable weekend. Andrew Fish surged from the chase card to take the MPO win, while Jordan Lynds took the top spot in FPO. Players navigated Champions Pointe’s long fairways and the tight, technical lines of The Green Gauntlet, making for a battle-tested leaderboard. With strong division winners and standout performances, the Trailblazer once again proved why it’s one of Florida’s premier A-Tier events.
